I know alllll too well (love me a TS reference) how debilitating anxiety can be. I tried everything - talk therapy, daily journaling, meditation apps, medication. Some helped sort term, some didn’t help at all, but I never truly felt like I had control over my anxiety. I’d feel better, a trigger would come up, and then I’d be right back to square one.
